The Chicago location of Delta Fox is at Signature Flight Support, 1100 S Milwaukee Ave, Wheeling, IL 60090.  There is free parking in the parking lot of Signature Flight Support.  Simply park, and enter the terminal where you'll meet your Delta Fox pilot in the lobby.

Please arrive at the airport 30 minutes before your scheduled tour to meet your pilot, check-in, and complete a safety briefing. Arrivals more than 20 minutes after the scheduled flight will incur a $20 late fee.

The maximum passenger weight for our aircraft is 600 pounds. 

The airplane can accommodate four people, including the pilot (3 passengers).

Reservations are required and can be made at flydeltafox.com or by calling/texting (630) 973-6238 .

Dress comfortably for the temperature inside the airplane. Consider bringing a sweater/sweatshirt; feel free to bring bottled water or clear beverages. Remember your camera or phone to capture the experience. Visit our social media pages at flydeltafox for photos.

Delta Fox requires a minimum of two passengers per flight. Solo travelers must purchase two seats.

Tipping the pilot is not mandatory but greatly appreciated. A customary tip for the service industry is 20%.

The safety of our passengers, crew, and aircraft is our top priority. Delta Fox pilots continuously monitor weather conditions for both safety as well as comfort of our passengers. If the Delta Fox pilot determines weather conditions are unsafe for flying, tours will be cancelled and you will be promptly notified to reschedule.  If rescheduling is not an option, you will receive a full refund. Safety of weather conditions for flying will be determined by: cloud ceiling, winds, and visibility.

If your flight is canceled due to weather, we'll work to reschedule your experience. If this is not possible, you'll receive a full refund.

Yes! Sunset tours are popular.  To secure your preferred date and time, book early for this exceptional experience.

Yes, for safety reasons, all passengers must be able to enter and exit the airplane without assistance.

Delta Fox welcomes guests ages 5 and older. Children must ride in the airplane similarly to how they ride in a car. If a car seat or booster seat is required for your child in a vehicle, please bring it for use in the airplane. Please note: car seats and boosters are not provided by Delta Fox.

For safety reasons, flash photography is not permitted inside the airplane.

Guests who arrive more than 15 minutes after their scheduled tour time will forfeit their tour for that day. If you wish to reschedule your tour, a rescheduling fee of $79 will apply.
